| 1. Launch Adware Away 2. Click "Scan" 3. Wait for the scan is finished, check "I want to submit my Global Scan log file to a technical support" 4. Click "Next" 5. We provide two methods to submit your log file, please choose the one you are familiar with. Once we receive your log file, we will reply to you in 24 hours ( Monday - Friday Pacific Time ) |
